Step 1: Go to the Downloads section and
download Adobe Acrobat Reader, you will need this to view .pdf files (all our files are in .pdf format), download Acrobat Reader, proceed on to download the final examination and our Study Guide to complete the final examination.

Step 2: Print out and complete the Final            Examination.

Step 3: Fill out the cover sheet of the Final            Examination.

Step 4: Include your credit card number,            check, or money order.

Step 5: Send to:
